For homework we have to make a scribepost explaining:
The reason why 4 over 4 (fraction) is the same as 4 divided by 4 is because...
Turning 4/4 is actually 4 over 4!
But, what about the other divide sign?
The two "dots" over and under the line probably represent numbers, so it would look like that.
And that's why 4 over 4 is the same as 4 divided by 4.
