Question 1 - you can't make it into lowest terms because 7 is not divisible by any number but itself and 1.
Question 2 - part to part means two parts of a group , part to part to part means three parts of a group.
Question 3 - the ratio is 2:8 , fraction is 2/8 so you divide the numerator by the denomenator in this cause is 2 divided by 8, so the answer is 25%
