6. You are asked to check the design plans for a baseball diamond. Is the triangle a right triangle? Explain.
a² + b² = c²
27² + 27² = 37.1²
(27 x 27) + (27 x 27) = 37.1²
729 + 729 = 37.1 ²
1458 = 37.1 ²
37.1 x 37.1 =1376.41
√1458 = 38.18m
√1376.41= 37.1m
It is not a right triangle because the distance between home and second base is 37.1m and isn't 38.2m.

Good job Michelle ! I noticed that at the bottom of your post, you wrote " i asnt sure how to show my work, so sorry " but i think you showed enough work. I really don't see anything wrong with your post but i think you should add a little colour or something, but other than that you did a pretty good job !
