a) To answer this question all you have to do is multiply 6 by itself and 8 by itself. So:

6x6=36 8x8=64

b) Well, all you have to do is add up 36+64(areas of the 2 other squares) to get the area of the last square, which is 100

c) To find the length of the hypotenuse, all you have to do is square root the area that we found in b). So:

√100=10

Goodjob harvey! I liked your picture and use of colors but i think you can explain more, i dotn know how but if feels like theres something you have to say that your leaving out but yours is good.

Nice job man. Kamille what do you mean he has to explain more. on what? heheheehaehaheh. OH one thing, you forgot to add the units harv! u should fix that and make sure u dont do that next time .
